Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective date: 30 July 2026
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, or payment-related adjustments may be considered for services purchased on Navivastu.
1. Nature of Service
Navivastu provides digital consultancy and report services. Since the service begins with review, analysis, and processing of customer-submitted information, refunds are limited once work has started.
2. Cancellation Before Service Begins
A cancellation request may be considered only if the customer contacts Navivastu before the service work has started and before the submitted plan/details have entered analysis.
3. No Refund After Service Delivery or Work Start
Once the service has started, analysis has begun, or the report has been delivered, no refund shall ordinarily be issued because the service is digital, customized, and non-returnable in nature.
4. Duplicate or Failed Payments
If a customer is charged more than once for the same order, or if a payment fails but the amount is debited, Navivastu will review the transaction and process a refund or adjustment where applicable after verification.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Submission
Navivastu is not responsible for refund claims arising from incorrect, incomplete, or unclear floor plans, wrong direction settings, or inaccurate property details submitted by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring submission accuracy.
6. Exceptional Refunds
In rare cases, Navivastu may issue a partial or full refund at its sole discretion if the service cannot be delivered due to internal error, duplicate payment, or technical failure attributable solely to Navivastu.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds, if any, will usually be processed back through the original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
8. Contact for Refund Requests
To request cancellation or report a payment issue, contact support@navivastu.com. Please include the payment date, amount, and transaction/order reference.
