• Main door — is the entrance in a favourable direction and pada?
• Kitchen — is it in or near the south-east (fire zone)?
• Toilets — are they out of the north-east and the centre?
• Master bedroom — can it sit in the south-west?
• North-east — is it light and open, not blocked by a toilet or store?
• Centre — is the middle of the flat free of a toilet or heavy structure?
